    Curriculog - Curriculum Management System

    Curriculog automates the process of curriculum approval, helping colleges and universities to approve course and program changes and improve communication about the curriculum across campus.

    Accessing the System

    Right now, you are a guest, and can view all change proposals in the list to the left. By clicking on the View icon, you can see the proposal's progress.

    If you are a member of the process and need credentials to log in, please contact a system administrator.

     

    UCC timeline:

    In August, the cycle opens for the 2027-2028 catalog. New courses can be implemented at any point in time. All revised course proposals encompassing significant changes to course content and/or course changes that would (further) restrict student access to the course must be completed through UCC and FA before the schedule of classes is published, and registration begins for implementation in the upcoming semester.

    Once a semester schedule is published for the upcoming semester; and more importantly, if registration has already begun, course changes (i.e. prerequisite changes) will be effective for the following term. If the course allows, students can still enroll with the instructor's permission. Please plan your course proposals using the timeline below.

    SPRING: Schedule of Classes is published in October.  Registration begins in late October. The first day of classes is late January.

    SUMMER: Schedule of Classes is published in February. Registration begins March. The first day of classes is late May.

    FALL: Schedule of Classes is published in mid-March. Registration begins late March. The first day of classes is late August.

    WINTER: Schedule of Classes is published in late September. Registration begins early October. The first day of classes is mid-December
